All my sessions are done online with the exception of workshops and lectures in person

Sex therapy.

In our sessions, no topic is off-limits. You’ll have a safe, supportive space to explore your sexual well-being—from the physical to the emotional, from curiosity to concern. Together, we honor your desires, questions, and identity as a sexual being.

Relatonship therapy

In our relationship therapy sessions, you and your partner(s) will find a safe, open space to explore challenges and rediscover what brings you close. My approach is warm, inclusive, and grounded in both emotional and somatic awareness—supporting you to create a relationship that feels nourishing and alive.

Together, we might:
