Get to know me

My approach is holistic, blending traditional therapeutic methods with somatic exercises to provide personalized care that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.

My goal is to support individuals in deepening their connection with themselves, their emotional and physical well-being, and their relationships with others.

Having traveled extensively and immersed myself in different cultures, I've gained a broad and open-minded perspective on love, partnerships, and sexuality in all their beautiful diversity.

I approach each client's unique experience with understanding and sensitivity.

In my practice, I firmly believe in the power of individuality—what works for one person may not work for another, which is why I tailor my therapy to fit your personal needs. Whether you're looking for clinical guidance or alternative, holistic options, you’ll find a safe, inclusive space here, welcoming all genders, identities, ethnicities, and relationship structures.

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life, and that includes cultivating a healthy, empowered relationship with your own sexuality.

"We have to do the work of healing ourselves, but not by ourselves.

When you have support and community you will find strength.

And thats when true change can happen."

What is sexology?

Sexology is the study of human sexuality across the entire lifespan. It is about the full spectrum of the components that make up our sexuality.

From childhood and puberty through adolescence and into older adulthood. It explores the many phases of sexual development and the diverse ways people experience sexuality throughout life.

A sexologist draws from various academic fields, including biology, medicine, sociology, psychology, anthropology, and criminology, to provide a well-rounded understanding of sexual health and behavior.

However, it's important to note that sexology is a verbal therapy—there is no hands-on assistance. You may discuss physical acts if needed, but sessions are conducted like other forms of psychological therapy.

Sexology is an inclusive and welcoming discipline, open to people of all genders, ages, abilities, relationship types, and beliefs. It covers a wide range of topics, including sexual orientation, gender identity, trauma, sexual relationships, paraphilias, atypical sexual interests, and sexual dysfunctions. Whether you're seeking support or education, sexology offers a safe space to explore and understand your sexual self.
